Reinstating the Shopify default marketing opt-in box.

1. Go to Settings

2. Click Checkout

3. Scroll down to the Marketing Opt-in area

4. Change the dropdown under ‘Email’ from ‘Don’t Show’ to ‘Checkout and sign-in’

5. Click Save (at the top).

6. Remain in the Checkout settings area. Scroll back up to the top and find your active checkout then click Edit.

7. On the left side, locate the Order Rescue Email Consent block, click it and then over on the right-hand side, click Remove block.

8. Click Save in the top-right corner.

9. Head over to your customer-facing store, head over to checkout to make sure the marketing opt-in box is visible and correct.
