    Ning Cheah is the founder and director of The Beauty Crop, a vibrant and fast-growing cosmetics brand celebrated for its inclusive ethos, playful creativity, and natural plant-based formulas. Since launching in 2015, Ning has built the business from the ground up into an international beauty brand with a devoted global following and strong retail presence. Before founding The Beauty Crop, Ning trained as a Chemical Engineer and subsequently spent over a decade in investment banking, holding senior roles at UBS and Lehman Brothers.

    FOUNDER, ALTA MAREA

    Nico Alden is the founder of Alta Marea, a new beauty brand set to launch in Spring 2026. A global beauty industry leader and product innovator, Nico brings a wealth of experience from senior roles at some of the world’s most iconic companies – including LVMH, Estée Lauder, Shiseido – as well as high-growth scale-ups like Estrid and MAKEUP BY MARIO. Nico specialises in guiding businesses through key inflection points, and brings expertise in building and launching brands, assembling high-performing teams, and driving global commercial success.

  • Holly Beadle

    Co-Owner & CEO, HERA

    Holly Beadle is CEO and co-owner of HERA, a high-growth British streetwear brand known for its clean aesthetic and cultural relevance. Alongside her sister Georgia Streeton, she has driven significant evolution of the brand - expanding into womenswear, launching major collaborations with ASOS, Pepsi, and Rachel Daly, and introducing Hera Rewear, a circular fashion initiative. With over a decade of experience in buying and product development at top-tier retail, eComm, and apparel brands - including Gymshark, The Hut Group (Myprotein), and Halfords - Holly brings deep expertise in scaling consumer-led businesses.

    Commercial Director

    Imogen Rossi is a Commercial Director at The Growth Foundation, a leading eCommerce growth agency. With a background spanning brand side and agency side across strategy, marketing, and creative innovation, Imogen has worked with some of the most exciting names in beauty, fashion, and wellness. She’s passionate about mentoring and opening conversations about what it takes to build a business in 2025 - profitably, sustainably, inclusively and with impact.
